E-Verify participation poster redesigned

Recently, E-Verify released a redesigned E-Verify poster. The new poster informs current and prospective employees of their legal rights, responsibilities, and protections in the employment eligibility verification process.

As an E-Verify participant, you are required to display the updated participation poster and Immigrant and Employee Rights (IER) Right to Work posters, in both English and Spanish, where they can easily be seen by prospective and current employees. (Employers must replace their participation posters when updates are provided by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.) Employers may also display any of 16 foreign language versions of the poster.

The E-Verify posters are not available publicly. You can download them from the “Resources” section of your E-Verify account. If you participate in E-Verify through an Employer Agent, you should contact them to receive the E-Verify posters.

Verifyi9 clients only can request the posters here.
