Your new hire will select the person who will act as your authorized representative from their circle of friends, family, and acquaintances. This isn’t our idea; our solution leverages the freedom that the I-9 rules have given employers for four decades… since 1986!

  1. Your new hire will complete Section 1 on our convenient platform using a smartphone, tablet, desktop, or laptop. Section 1 takes less than a minute.
  2. The employee will select the identification documents to be used and the person who will act as your authorized representative.
  3. The new hire will call to speak with a Verifyi9 I-9 Specialist. During a 8-10 minute call, our expert will first ensure that all I-9 rules and requirements are being met.
  4. Our I-9 expert will than guide the authorized rep to complete Section 2 on our platform via a smartphone, to include photographing ID documents.

We can also complete Form I-9 on the most popular, full-featured platforms including Workday, ADP Workforce Now, and Tri-Net. Our service also integrates well with newer platforms like Rippling and BambooHR.

Your new hire receives instructions immediately when you request service. How quickly the form is completed depends almost entirely on your employee. The new hire can call us within minutes after you request service during normal work hours. In reality, we can usually provide a complete and correct I-9 to you in three to five days.

Using a secure online process, we will provide:

  • The requested portions of Form I-9 in PDF format (full form, Section 2 only, Supplement B reverification);
  • Legible digital images of all ID documents described on the form;
