Refunds
If you find that you requested service for remote Form I-9 completion in error, you can request a refund. Specifically:
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a “coupon code” that can be used to reduce the cost of a future remote I-9 verification. The value of the coupon code will be the full amount paid.
- If you request a cash refund, the amount of the refund may be reduced by an amount commensurate with our progress in fulfilling your service request and the non-refundable fee (“transaction fee”) that our payment processor charged us.
- No refund will be made after service has been completed. Service will be considered complete when, during any phone call between the new hire and the I-9 Specialist, any part of Form I-9 is reviewed or completed, regardless of whether or not a form is provided to you.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to your payment method within 14 days.
