Starting February 24, 2014 callers to the E-Verify Customer Support toll-free number will be greeted with a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that will expedite access to E-Verify, Form I-9 and Self Check information. Callers can use their voice or touch tone phone to navigate to automated answers or a customer services representative. The IVR system was designed to shorten wait times and enhance customer service.
