Where do I display the E-Verify posters?

Upon enrollment, employers are required to clearly display the ‘Notice of E-Verify Participation’ and ‘Right to Work’ posters in all languages provided by DHS. Display the notices in a prominent place that is clearly visible to prospective employees and all employees that will have his or her employment eligibility verified with E-Verify.

If display is not appropriate, for example, if you hire remotely, E-Verify recommends that you provide a copy of these posters with job application materials, either online or in hard copy.

Posters may be downloaded from the “Essential Resources” section of your E-Verify account. The official posters are not available online. If you participate in E-Verify through an Employer Agent, you must contact them for the posters.
